CommentsThanks so much, this helps a ton!
This actually isn't Lily, I just colored it according to the reference I used I'll fix all of this right now X3 Thanks again <3 Ohhhhh *herderp* I thought she looked different XD I was wondering if you changed her design or if it was the lighting. Opps. That was my bad ^^"
When I look at the reference you used I can see that his/her other leg isn't showing, though even if it's not that always bugs me even if it is atomically correct. That's just one thing that always bugs me even though it's perfectly fine so you can ignore my original comment on that XD Glad I could help! Long time no talk too! *glomp* How're you? I fixed the image X3 Take a look, see if it looks any better X3
Haha, it's been a while, hasn't it? ^^ I'm fine, how are you? I never realized how small this picture actually is... o.o *goes to make another bigger-sized version for better detail* My gusta! And the bigger version is awesome XD I always make my works to small so you're not alone on that xp
I'm holding up XD my bamboo pads broken again though xp Lol x3 I usually make them AT LEAST 1000x1000 to start. Actually, I always do... xD
That sucks o.o I have no tablet at the moment... gave my old tablet to my ex because I was getting a new one, but the new one wasn't compatible with my computer. :/ |
Also the shading on her back right leg could be a little darker so it's easier to tell that it's a separate limb, as well you may want to darken the shading on the back left one as well because it almost looks as if that's her front leg instead of her back leg. The only reason I know it's her back is because I'm familiar with your character and which of her limbs is missing. The only other thing I'd suggest would be to lighten up the shading on her left eye. I understand that there's a shadow there but it almost seems too dark compared with the rest of the shading on the body especially because we can't see the object that is causing the shadow.
Over all I really like this piece and love seeing your improvement on each deviation! I'm also thinking about commissioning you for a realism piece once I save up!
I hope this helped!
